I don't know any online converter that does files bigger than 100mb.... And it will make it small enough, just pick a small format (the one that starts with the W is almost always small enough. I forgot the actual name of the format, though.). My original file for the medley was like 1.2 GB or something

I think it's safe if you download it off here. I just googled it, and download.com is a good site for things like that. I use programs off that site as well, and never had a virus.
