And there were some really good questions after that. I'm starting to smell a rat...

I have a feeling this didn't happen. And that makes me sad.

This.

It's really odd we have not heard about the interview yet. Normally, the interviews get published like a day, two or three days after the gig but that one.. Hmm. I mean.. it was Lollapalooza, one of the biggest festivals in the USA (I guess?) and not just a random one. That does not make sense that there are no signs of interview.

I know none of us have got any proof to say this person's dodgy, but Green Day and Lollapalooza are both pretty big - why would either of them give a backstage pass & interview to what looks like a pretty small magazine/website ? Plus have they actually said where they're from and a date for when all these questions are going to be published/put up ?

No, we just blindly took what he said as truth. Seriously, we all did. Now, if he shows up and all is true, great, and if not, in the future I for will be asking a few more questions before getting my hopes dashed.

I hope he is geniune and people get their questions answered (especially some of the more frank ones a major magazine wouldn't usually ask) but I'm not holding my breath.

You and me both - on both comments!

I just hope the interview did happen, and he DID use some of our questions. If that's not true, it's very sad :(

I'll stay optimistic...

I should do the same :(

and... the interview?

Yeah, I sent him a message but he hasn't read it. His profile says he hasn't logged in since August 4th (only one day after he made this thread). I think this was all a big fat lie :(

it's possible, kinda strange that a Green day fan is going to interview them (?)

I don't think he's a fan. He said he was going to be interviewing Green Day at Lollapalooza, but he didn't know much about the band and that's why he was asking us to suggest some questions.

That gave the impression he was working for a magazine/website. But he never actually said who/what he was doing the interview for.......and somehow no one thought to ask him. It's very strange he didn't tell us who he was/who he was working for/why he was doing the interview right from the start =/ . Not sure why anyone would bother to make this up though

Blehh, and I was getting all excited for their answers

Does he was just playing with us?? Because if is, it's not funny! Not a little bit!:cry::cry:

It's seems kinda pointless that someone would make this up. Would've liked to read the finished interview.

If he made it up, that would be really lame and a waste of time.

Yeah, that's what I think too.

When I saw this thread alive I got all excited xD

And it's funny 'cause I was thinking about this when I refreshed the page lol
