so far i've listened to this song everytime i came back from a gd concert and was sitting in the train its always the last song i listen to before i get off the train at home.

i usually sleep at someone's after a concert and we have a great time looking at photos we did and this song is for me like good riddance at a concert. it's like "it's all over. you're back home and you had a great time. but its good to be back home and just go to bed and sleep xD"

What can I say, I love everything about this song . Epic, theatrical, quirky, beautiful....it has it all. It's a frenzied climax to the story and it takes my breath away. My favourite from American Idiot and one of my favourite songs ever.

I do that too. I've labeled the parts of Homecoming to distance markers when I run. It is surprisingly accurate. I guess I'll have to try JOS next.

Crazy. I had a huge craving for this song this morning. And here it is, song of the week. I've always adored this song,especially the way it starts all gritty. I just wish they had cut out some of the "home, we're coming home again" near the end. It drags out a very fluid and exciting song.

Still on cloud 9 from seeing them in Camden Tuesday, but I've caught up on my sleep. This song came on my iPod during my morning run this morning. The Death of St. Jimmy is probably my favourite part of Homecoming. It really makes the song for me.
