I can't get the file to download to get to iTunes. It says I need Firebox 3.0 or higher, and I have that. I am going to try and go in again when I can keep my eyes opened.

Well, I don't know, but I'll bet one of the phone-techy people on here could easily do it for you (or tell you how). I know people are doing it all the time. Why not open a ticket in Troubleshooting ... ?
