Holly Ann Posted July 12, 2010 Posted July 12, 2010 I can't remember if I've posted on this or Facebook but screw it. YESSSSSS!!!!!!!
Katarina. Posted July 12, 2010 Posted July 12, 2010 I was just talking about this last night. It's creepy thinking I might be 20 when the next album comes out. xD Same here. It's kinda weird to think about it like that, hahaha. Great news anyway, I hope we'll get a new album sooner than we'd expect..
Shaekwon Posted July 12, 2010 Posted July 12, 2010 Surely we won't have to wait 5 years again now. Or will we!?
Insomniac186 Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 Please, please go back to Rob Cavallo!!! They tried to fix what wasn't broke with Vig...
heeygloria Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 aah , it'd be amazing to hear some new Green Day , and not have to wait five years again . Not that they're not worth the wait , but , y'know , the sooner the better
fadi_7 Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 i hope that they will find someone fast i can't wait for a new album and i wish that it will be successful even more than American idiot
Zero. Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 hahahahahahaha I just hope we don't have to wait another 5 years... but I guess it doesn't matter, they just wanted to get the album right and they will do same again
Katie86 Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 if there already looking for producers I'm hoping we won't have to wait 5 years for another album even though it would be worth the wait....
Tiffx Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 Please, please go back to Rob Cavallo!!! They tried to fix what wasn't broke with Vig... They should definitely go back to Cavallo.
theclassof13 Posted July 14, 2010 Posted July 14, 2010 I'm pleased the we might not be waiting 5 years for the next album!! I kinda hope they bring back Cavallo, but Vig was pretty good as well.
Sarahnade. Posted July 14, 2010 Posted July 14, 2010 This is exciting, hopefully we won't have to wait too long. I really liked Rob, and Butch was fine. It would be cool if they went with someone different again, but I don't know. Whatever they do, it's just awesome that they are already thinking about this.
Alan86 Posted July 14, 2010 Posted July 14, 2010 I don't really care who produces but someone new would be good.

keefe Posted July 17, 2010 Posted July 17, 2010 As my first post, I would have to say that Christopher Walken would make for an EXCELLENT producer! Watch here!
Velocity Posted July 17, 2010 Posted July 17, 2010 As my first post, I would have to say that Christopher Walken would make for an EXCELLENT producer! Watch here! A Green Day song would feel empty without MORE COWBELL!
BillieJoe21st Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 It's going to be a GREAT album knowing Green Day and their producer better get their 38 year old asses to work!

sammers93 Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 A friend of someone on here, I forgot who also walked into Billie in Paris, and he told that friend too that he was sad the songs were all over the internet. Am I the only one who feels guilty for listening to the new songs? I don't want Billie to be sad But, yeah, hopefully we'll get a new album within the next couple years. I hope it goes back to what they sounded like for Dookie.
Sanity Loan Posted July 29, 2010 Posted July 29, 2010 I hope it goes back to what they sounded like for Dookie. Haven't heard that one before
green day blink 182 Posted July 29, 2010 Author Posted July 29, 2010 "Another don't miss: Blazing Hollywood rockers Prima Donna, who opened for Green Day in Europe and Asia. Billie Joe Armstrong is producing their next album, which makes sense. Like Foxboro Hot Tubs, Green Day's side project, their infectious originals blend vintage-styled, Nuggets' era garage rock with shots of glam and '70s punk. Lead singer-guitarist Kevin Preston also plays with Foxboro" Billie Joe Producing next album?!

Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 Am I the only one who feels guilty for listening to the new songs? I don't want Billie to be sad Kinda. But then again.....it's new Green Day songs! I can't resist that. And I personally didn't spread anything, I only listen it....so it's okay, to me. I respect Green Day and all.........and I'm being kinda inconsequential....but oh well. "Another don't miss: Blazing Hollywood rockers Prima Donna, who opened for Green Day in Europe and Asia.
