I won early entry for Glasgow - I've never won anything in my life, except a pair of trainers when I didn't even know I'd entered a competition.

I entered a competition on Idiot Club.

AND I WON. I WAS SO HAPPY!!

I live in Perth and they had a competition to be a photographer for the Perth show!

It was THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!

I got a photographers pass and got to be right at the front of the stage for all of Jets set and the first 2 songs of Green Day!!

I was so happy I was gonna cry. I got some great pictures and I got to send 30 into idiotclub.com I should really post them some day.. haha.

And then... when me and the other professional photographers were ushered out I made a break for it!

I ran straight into the crowd in the pit. (I had seat tickets. hahaha)

and spent my time in there for awhile then back up to my seat for some more awesome photos.

Honestly had to be the best day of my life. I never win anything.. then I won that. I thought i was dreaming.

But keep entering!! SOMEONE has to win and its gonna be you one day!

The only contest I won was the final soundcheck for American Idiot musical and I picked up a shift at work the day after I entered thinking "I never win anything" and what do I see "Congradulations you are going to the final soundcheck" Boy was I pissed!

I've won quite a bit.. But its never really the things that are just random winners. I'm not lucky when it comes to that. But I do try my hardest to win the things that are judged.

The best contest I've ever won was the American Idiot Musical contest on facebook back in April. I don't think that can ever be topped.

I won early entry for Marlay Park...that's the closest I've ever come to winning anything GD related.

I also got 4 tickets to see the BIAB premiere in Dublin back in '05 but all I did was ring up the radio station and beg them to give them to me after the competition was over. I still got them though
