Muttweed182 Posted June 18, 2010 Posted June 18, 2010 The Ballad of Wilhelm Fink. Just so everybody could be like "Awh....... that's it?" and then boom we all die.
dawn71 Posted June 18, 2010 Posted June 18, 2010 I have always said since the first time I heard it that I wanted "Good Riddance" played at my funeral...
Marsupial Posted June 18, 2010 Posted June 18, 2010 If I were going with my favorite song, it would be Minority. However, if I wanted it to actually fit the mood (like end of the world, apocalypse scene), I would go with something that has a little more closure like Whatsername, When It's Time, or Good Riddance.
gd86arg Posted June 18, 2010 Posted June 18, 2010 Give me novacaine, No one knows, 409 in your coffeemaker, See the light, Lights out or Good riddance
Rebel07 Posted June 18, 2010 Posted June 18, 2010 I'd probably say Homecoming too... The first thing that popped in my head when I read this topic was Billie Joe saying "WE'RE GONNA PLAY ALL FUCKING NIGHT!!!" haha Even the world has to wait to end till they're finished.
Pedestrian9394 Posted June 18, 2010 Posted June 18, 2010 Ha Ha You're Dead. xD That would be funny. I'm sure the guys would take a humorous approach to the situation. But if they didn't, I would want to hear Good Riddance. They play it at the end of all their shows, so why not?
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted June 18, 2010 Posted June 18, 2010 Good Riddance...that'd be such an emotional moment. With Good Riddance at a normal concert (well...even when watching stuff like World Stage I get like that xD) I'm already like nooo I don't want it to be over! Replay! replay! Imagine that, but then not the end of a concert, but the end of the world....woah.
valentinesandcigs Posted June 18, 2010 Posted June 18, 2010 Homecoming. Either that or a cover of Free Bird.
BIBARAGURORIA Posted June 18, 2010 Posted June 18, 2010 Either that or a cover of Free Bird. Nice one, Alex.
in_your_face Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 JOS, or .. HOMECOMING..or GIVE ME NOVACAINE, or .. WELCOME TO PARADISE!!!
BIBARAGURORIA Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 I changed my mind. You know how the guys liked Spring Awakening? I want them to play "Totally Fucked" instead.
Joy of suburbia. Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 Good Riddance...that'd be such an emotional moment. With Good Riddance at a normal concert (well...even when watching stuff like World Stage I get like that xD) I'm already like nooo I don't want it to be over! Replay! replay! Imagine that, but then not the end of a concert, but the end of the world....woah. Whoa, indeed. I just thought about that and got incredibly sad...like on the verge of tears. I don't know why, though.
BringMoreKnives Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 Ahh this thread makes me depressed I'd probably pick 'Homecoming"
Carnation Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 I was first thinking of more emotional songs, but I'd have to say that I'd want more party-rock music; something that I could dance to, let loose. I mean, if it's the end of the world, I want to have a good time if it's going to be one of my last moments.
badwolf Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 Only of You. It's both romantic and my favorite song from them.
Sharmellow Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 Hmmm, this is a touchie. Imma have to go with either Welcome to Homecoming - long ass song.
eastbayweirdo Posted June 19, 2010 Posted June 19, 2010 It should be an angry "idgaf" song. Like Take Back or Ha Ha Your Dead. Maybe even Jesus Of Suburbia. I'd Be glad to hear Billie's voice right before we all died Time Of Your Life might also be fitting, but it would be sad.
east cc nowhere Posted June 20, 2010 Posted June 20, 2010 letterbomb deffinatley! although fuck time would be rather awesome
Contradiction Posted June 20, 2010 Posted June 20, 2010 American Eulogy. The "I don't want to live in the modern world" bit would be very fitting XD
