I know, it would be nice to just have one that included the rest of the world but I know it has something to do with gambling licenses so they can't. Glad for the IC comps that are happening this tour though gives most people a chance to win something x

No, because even if you are a member, if you're not going any of to those shows (not all the shows are included in the comp)/are going but don't have GA tickets, you can't participate. Although there are also other comps everyone can enter (well, unless you have a camera, but that's different). But still, it is paying to enter a competition.
