Lotte Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 From the pinkpop thread again A girl from the radio thought she saw Billie Joe in the audience, but was a dude from Belgium that looked like him And they say they are really excited for the Green Day show
BillieJoe21st Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 Soo... Is there a link to see GREEN DAY Live As they are playing Or Not...
HoneyDo666 Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 March 29th? 2011? Nope, they play PInkpop today. There were photos of them at the SF airport ready to fly out with the whole band.

Tubbie Head Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 Ohh.. The live feed won't work for the ones outside of the country? Thanks so much Maddy for recording!!
Caractériel Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 Thanks for recording this I've tried using dutch IP addresses to see if its possible to watch that way, but it won't work. Strange because it usually works for other restricted content.
Hermione Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 I am recording this. And I will put this online asap. Thanks Maddy! Isn't there some kind of sneaky way to watch it? Some streaming site or something, or a proxy or whatever it's called? If not, oh well at least I'll be able to watch Eurovision tonight
boosho Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 Thanks for recording this I've tried using dutch IP addresses to see if its possible to watch that way, but it won't work. Strange because it usually works for other restricted content. how do you do that??
Tubbie Head Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 Thanks Maddy! Isn't there some kind of sneaky way to watch it? Some streaming site or something, or a proxy or whatever it's called? If not, oh well at least I'll be able to watch Eurovision tonight ahhh yeah, it's tonight XD Maybe this feed will show since they are showing the audience.. http://radioplayer.omroep.nl/3fm-default-video/ I don't understand a thing of what they are saying,Ohh I'm seeing so many people with GD shirts =D
Caractériel Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 how do you do that?? http://www.xroxy.com/proxy-country-NL.htm First go to this link ^ and copy any of the addresses (i.e the numbers to the left) Then open Firefox (I don't know how to do it on other browsers, do I'll asume most people use firefox) Then go to Tools > Options > Advanced > then under connections click Settings Paste the numbers you copied earlier into the HTTP Proxy Box. Go back to the above link and copy the port number to the right of the address number into the port box. I've tried numerous different addresses but it still won't work. Also google search "Dutch Proxy servers" and there are many more options there. Maybe someone else will have better luck than I have
Hermione Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 ahhh yeah, it's tonight XD Maybe this feed will show since they are showing the audience.. http://radioplayer.omroep.nl/3fm-default-video/ I don't understand a thing of what they are saying, Hmm maybe, I haven't got a clue what's going on there though. Maybe we should check it when Green Day are on just in case.
Tubbie Head Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 Hahha There's a GD flag with Viva La Gloria's artwork.. And I saw so many people with GD shirts xD So.. This music on is already from the festival isn't it?? They are just showing the audience... Not even a bit of the stage

At least we will be able to hear it if they intend on airing their set I just hope they air the whole thing and not just a few songs.
Joy of suburbia. Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 I am recording this. And I will put this online asap. Thank you so much Maddy!! I can't wait to see it!

I'm afraid that will happen.. they already cut it, and are now talkingOhh, now talking in English
Laura! Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 So, let me know if I get this straight. No one can view the live feed out of the Netherlands and they aren't showing the band? And thanks Maddy for recording!
Tubbie Head Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 I assume the live feed that is allowed in Netherlands is showing the bands, but the one we can see (outside of the country) only shows the audience , but at least you can hear the audio very well..
i_wanna_see_the_light Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 On the radio station they said something about Green Day. I didn't understand anything else, but I'm optimistic we are at least able to hear them and see the audience Edit: YMCA up now! Green Day is going to start soon!!!!!
Caractériel Posted May 29, 2010 Posted May 29, 2010 they are showing the pink bunny YMCA warm-up on the radio show feed
