It's so hard to find this magazine in the US. I've found issues 3 or 4 weeks after they were released in the UK.

But, I found my Legends issue at Borders.

I think it's to go with him being voted the number 1 rock icon in Kerrang a few weeks ago. That's why it appears to be only Billie.
