I did a rant on this on Tumblr. I guess I'll post it here even though I'm gonna get bitched at. I wouldn't call my post dissing bad Green Day fans, it just seems that they're not true enough.

What gets me with Green Day fans is that some don’t get it

First off: Green Day is not GreenDay or greenday or even Green-day. It’s Captial G reen bloody fricken hell space capital D day.

Oh, yeah, graffiti. Not that it's really graffiti, but I tend to write lyrics of songs that are stuck in my head on tables (ooh, I don't think most teachers would like me that much if they knew I wrote that much on tables ), and quite often that happens to be Green Day.

I wrote on tables in school too and I had to rub it down but I didn't want to so I just left school but unfortunately this didn't help cause the next day I had to rub it down so I just did it but I don't know if I had written something about Green Day on that table

and hahahaha I never write/draw on tests, really... well the occasional thing trying to get extra credit (never works), but not things like that. Too risky I considered writing "it's fuck time" on the table, but decided against it seeing as most of my fb action at the time involved "it's fuck time". Maybe after the vacation. Can't wait to see what the responses to that will be

And I would have done something bad and expensive: I'm in a application training from May 3 till June 16 and the Munich concert is on June 11 and in the contract there was written that we don't have holidays so thought when I will ask the teacher if I can get a holiday and she had said no I just would have gone but it would be expensive cause I have to go to that training from the employment exchange and if I don't go there they cancel money but I had luck and she said nothing so I can go there with no problem.

Yeah I haven't done anything crazy bad.

Just, getting time off work to go to Green Day shows and told them it was "family emergencies"

and i think in 7th grade in school we had to this super-duper color printer and it was only meant to be used to print super important school crap, but one day i was being BA and I printed off 2 pages of Green Day pictures, and different Fenders, and then I guess I never picked them up and a few days later my pictures were posted in the back of the room on a cork board with some other stupid pictures and it said "DO NOT PRINT STUFF LIKE THIS! SCHOOL WORK ONLY!!!""

I laughed when I saw it.

now something comes to my mind, my stupid girlfriend said that she will give me a picture of Billie Joe if I scan my ass, so I sat down on the scanner and then she gave me the picture, but the next day in school she handed around the picture with my ass in our class, I wanted to kill her

Secondly: I love Billie Joe as much as all of you guys but y’know its gets annoying when you don’t mention Mike or Tre. They’re a big part of Green Day too otherwise it might be the Billie Joe Armstrong show.

You might think that because the media and everything was with them and it was advertised and you were like “OMG best album ever.” Get a chance to listen to their old stuff like “Nimrod” or “Dookie” Yes their style has changed a bit and they’ve matured as well since “Dookie” but you don’t know if 21stCB is their best album. The other albums may change your mind.

What is wrong with you?

At the Green Day concert on July 24th, me and my friends I met through GDC were there from like 6am. We snuck more and more members of our group in line and so many people got pissed It was great. I think that's about it haha I haven't quite yet stole any Green Day things. Ohh! I stayed home just to buy Green Day tickets plus well Green Day has caused me to become a little bit of a lush a few times haha

When I was at the Melbourne show there was these two girls irritating the shit out of me behind me the entire time.

They knew NONE of the words to anything before American idiot, They kept bitching about my hair and how people with spikes should sit behind those who cannot see (for starters they were a helluva lot taller than me and their seats were situated ABOVE mine, I'd also like to mention at this point that I'm 5'2) and they kept screeching "OMG WE LUV YOU BILLY JOE!!!!!1111!!!!!!!!!!!!!ONEONE!!!"

During the silence in "Ladt Night on earth" their pathetic screeching started up again so I lost my shit and told them "he doesn't love you"

they then proceded for the remainder f the show bitch more about me.

lol, well this really isn't that bad, but anyways my 3 friends and I were waiting in line for general admission at the 2009 Green Day concert. anyways, security people were coming by and checking tickets and giving out wristbands. sadly we didn't have our tickets yet and we were all waiting for my friend's dad to come and give us the tickets but he wasn't there.... the security guy asked us to step out of line... we did, but we were still near the spot where we were in line. when his dad came the line was HUGE and the security people giving out the wristbands (to get in) were all the way down the line. so we jumped back in line where we first were and half of the group ran to the back of the line to get the wristband, then they ran back to where we were. then we ran to the back of the line got a wristband and ran back to where we were XD haha oh we are so badass lol

I remember a week before 21st CB came out... I was walking on hollywood ave from school.... and there was alot of trees near the guitar center. And well on those trees they had a bunch of posters stucked sooo hard onto the trees. and there was like 10 gd posters advertising the new album that was gonna come out. So I went around the trees trying to rip them off, and some ripped cause I tugged to hard. But I got like 5 and I just walked away really fast and people were looking at me.

Then the police stopped me.

They were like "You can't take those off without permision... they belong to the city...."

But at the end they let me keep on.
