Bailey. Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 I've lost count of how many people i cut in line. but they didn't even notice. yeah, i've done a few things. nothing extreme though.
RoosterTeeth Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 True story, I once beat the shit out of someone for trashing the band. I'm not talking about a silly slap or punch in the nose, but a full-freakin' beatdown that left part of a sidewalk stained with blood. Man, I was an asshole. Since then I've sobered up to the fact that not everyone will like what you like. Also, the person who pissed me off and I became friends years later, and sometimes we joke about that fight. These day's I'm more apathetic to what people say about Green Day.
Christina. Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 I stuck a "IM NOT FUCKING AROUND GREEN DAY MAY 15" sticker on my folder at school. I feel pretty badass carrying it around.
Rebel07 Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 I don't get why download things is be bad I like to know how it is something before I buy it, so why not download the albums first? I also don't crap money, so I can't buy everything I want xD i agree
boosho Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 Ummmmm while this might be a good idea to discuss the naughty things we have done, most of us may have done little silly things but some have done worse things and i dont think we need a thread to encourage it..
fashionvictim86 Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 Interesting topic.... I'm sure I've done a lot of bad things I just don't remember them all. Cutting a ton of people in line at a show, bitching out people I hear trashing the band, stealing some Green Day merch (like a wristband) is a few that I can remember.
Velocity Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 Well, it's not THAT bad but I went to both Foxboro shows in New York without telling my mother, because I know she wouldn't approve of me being in the city that late at night (alone!), plus meeting up with GDC-ers I'd never met before. She's a bit paranoid about that kind of stuff. I've decided I'll tell her all about it when I'm 40.
AleKerplunk Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 something bad i wanted to do was steal a Insomniac poster of a store but i couldn't because the damm poster is stuck(?) to the wall of the store e.e that's the only reason
ForgottenForest Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 I don't think I've really done anything extremely bad. I downloaded most of Dookie from YouTube, but that's pretty much it. My horrible luck doesn't let me do anything, without getting caught.
alaniluau Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 I downloaded On the Ave V2 from youtube, and last year I missed the first week of school for Green Day (and will do the same this year).
champagne mami Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 I downloaded their music before, which is not 'bad' in my opinion, but it's illegal, so... Oh! I remember taking this Billie poster out of a magazine at the mall.
Supermodel*Robot Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 I've considered stealing promo posters. But I could never figure out a stealth way.
...staples? Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 I don't think I've done anything bad. But I used to fight with a friend of mine that they were better than Usher.
umbjisfhinefum Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 i've ripped a bunch of gd shit out of magazines...and cut in line....but most of the stupid "illegal" shit i've done isn't gd related
Isabel Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 I skipped about 5 people in the Dublin queue because they wouldn't move forward quick enough when they were told to. Then one of them had a spazz attack because of it and told me she was going to "kill" me and I was like "Shit, didn't want to piss any emos off!" so I moved back. funniest part was that she was only around 14 And I nearly got into a fight at the same show because someone tried to shove me out of the way to take my spot so I just kept shoving her back really hard and she tried squaring up to me and I was like "Fuck off!!!!!" in her face. I was so angry because it had been the worst queueing experience of my life, it had rained all day, we were tired, the people in the line were all assholes...and she just pushed me over the edge I guess. other than that I've got nothing.
Rage & Love. Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 The latest issue of Karrang! had a set of badges in with Billie face in, so whilst i spoke to the cashier i was actually ripping the pack open and the pack of badges out :L
drumstick Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 I stole their poster from my friend few years ago lol
Maddy. Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 You disappoint me, Josie. I skipped school the day of my concert.
Farah Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 not that i can remember.. Well, it's not THAT bad but I went to both Foxboro shows in New York without telling my mother, because I know she wouldn't approve of me being in the city that late at night (alone!), plus meeting up with GDC-ers I'd never met before. She's a bit paranoid about that kind of stuff. I've decided I'll tell her all about it when I'm 40. lol xD
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 Well I've illegally downloaded some stuff. But eh, better illegal Green Day than no Green Day For the rest, no, not really. Never stolen anything, not even ripped a page out of a magazine (all I can do then is be like "but then someone buys it maybe for Green Day and it isn't there. D:"). Well, maybe a tiny bit cutting in line, but it wasn't really much of a line anyway, it was more of a 'try to rush to the entrance as fast as you can" thing anyway.
Guest Posted May 2, 2010 Posted May 2, 2010 I illegally downloaded some b-sides That's it , I think ...
