Vaso.Of.Suburbia Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 a classmate of mine said something bad about green day this morning and I kicked him in his balls xD
carasway Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 I REALLY wanted to be up front, because back when I was 14, forever ago, I was only 4 foot 11 (5'1 now, boo ya! ) Anyway, so because I looked like such a little kid, I pretended to cry for my 'sister' (I don't have a sister) and said that she was up at the front and I was scared because I was separated from her, and everyone let me through and I got to make eyes with Billie for like 30 seconds during Basket Case, rofl. I know, I know, bitchy thing to do, but gah I really wanted to be closer lol I hate being short at shows. I "might" have pulled a similar ploy... but claimed my 10y old daughter was up front and i had to go rescue her.. A) she wasnt my daughter; B) she definitely wasnt 10.... the things we do.
Zia Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 hmm. cutting people in the line and ripping concert posters from places not so bad i guess. Maybe I'm a good fan. I would never steal Green Days music by downloading it for free illegally. I think it's wrong because they work their asses off for the music and only way I can thank Green Day for being my heroes is that I buy their albums with real money oh well, my english suuuucksss
jensername Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 At Lollapalooza, my cousin and I were talking about how we would do ANYTHING to get to the front of the gate. We started talking openly about how no one around us understood how we felt about Green Day. Well, I think we might have taken it too far...there was this girl in front of us who started to get a little pissed off. She claimed we were "threatening bodily harm", which we kinda were. I remember us saying stuff like "I'll stab anyone who tries to get in my way"..just a bunch of random crazy stuff that we really weren't actually going to do...I felt like I was a completely different person at that moment. I had no care in the world about what anyone thought of me. I just knew that my favorite band in the world was about to play and no one would get in my way. Anyway, the chick got a little too pissy and ended up telling security gaurd about our "threats". Again, my cousin and I did not care in the least. Well luckily, we ended up moving a bit over to the left (somehow) of this pissed off chick and got even better spots than we were hoping for. Only one person was in front of each of us. Lily was in front of me (the girl that got pulled up for "Are We The Waiting") and Sam was in front of Chad. We all got along the moment we started talking to eachother. It was nice to be by people that we could actually stand lol. They were pretty sweet people, and now we're all facebook friends ^^. Anyway, the night was even better than I had ever hoped for. We had great spots, in a beautiful city. It was definitely the BEST night of my life, hands down. Worst I do/have done is I steal their music illegally when it leaks online. However, in all fairness, I will always buy it when it comes out. Very few albums I've not purchased twice (CD and Vinyl) then singles... and multiple singles for the same song. I think I justify my crime. yea i've done the same, with unreleased songs and whatnot that i can't find elsewhere. hey ur tattoo is freakin sweet btw ^^
Danger! Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Eh, Nothing really apart from slipping pills into my parents dinner then cutting them up into tiny pices and feeding them to the neighbours dog so that I could tour with them... I love reading that story. I almost got in a fight over them...
CoronerChik Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Ok I'm old as heck so I should know better and I'm not exactly proud of what I've done (well, not really) but here goes.. 1. I punched some douche in the back of his head and emptied out his pockets onto the floor of the Forum after he pushed his way to the front and was harassing all the girls in the pit and by harassing I mean groping. 2. I called a girl a fat fucking whore for body checking me into the barrier at the LA Live concert. 3. I traded a pit ticket for a spot at the front of the line at the Chula Vista concert, even though it meant cutting in front of people who had waited all night. That last one sounds awful I thought getting it off my chest would be cathartic but now I just feel like a turd.
GenerationZer0 Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 I have done.... nothing. Oh I stole my sister's American Idiot CD that she got for Christmas after she listened to it and called it crap. I don't think she ever noticed. Rebellllllll.
FannyDefoe Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 I always put their Cds to the top in shops And i skipped school for a concert, but that about it Im boring I do that, too!! only I didn't skip school but my official graduation party before my prom... I heard from my friends that it was reeeally lame...so I was glad that I could celebrate (or should I say "party hard" :eyebrow: ) with thousands of green day fans and GREEN DAY on stage!
TheSaltOfTheEarth Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 I think the worst I've ever done is lead my sisters to believe that FBHT and GD are different bands...
-Billiejoezee- Posted September 19, 2010 Author Posted September 19, 2010 I think the worst I've ever done is lead my sisters to believe that FBHT and GD are different bands... I did that with the network.
Ilaria Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 once I stole a billie joe poster from one of my friends ... but that's not so bad
DistilledxSpirits Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 I haven't done anything that (I think) is really too bad... I had to lie to my parents BIG TIME to get to their concerts, but I lie to them all the time... I couldn't buy tickets to the show myself because I was away on a school trip so they had to do it for me; and they fucked up and got me crappy seats. If it was any other band I wouldn't have cared... but I HAD to be in the pit. So long story short I managed to get my hands on a mosh ticket in a way my parents would er... never apporove of... and to this day they think I was in seats. If they knew I sold the one they'd gotten me (not to mention HOW I managed to get the other ticket) they'd kill me for being an "ungrateful bitch". I camped out for that show too and they still don't know about that either. And they thought it was ridiculous I wanted to go to both shows they were playing in Melbourne and refused to let me get tickets for the second show... so I made up a tonne of lies in order to get to that one too. A bit crazy maybe... but my parents are real dicks sometimes. They just don't understand. I did what I had to do.

And I didn't do my homework because I had better things to do (listening to Green Day )
Whatsername1911 Posted September 19, 2010 Posted September 19, 2010 Hmmm...let's see. The last show I was seat-hopping for about 20 mins, and I ended up in like 200 dollar seats when i only paid for $50 ones:) I'm sure that's completely normal though. I guess I'm a good girl.
-Billiejoezee- Posted September 22, 2010 Author Posted September 22, 2010 ive sneaked out of my house at night to go to two shows...
