Nmd Posted May 30, 2010 Posted May 30, 2010 I absolutely love listening to this album when I'm driving in the car Quote
sassafrasroots_ Posted May 31, 2010 Posted May 31, 2010 I actually like Warning (the song) quite a bit, not a lot of my friends seem to like it too much i don't know why. I love waiting though and I've been listening to Misery an awful lot lately. Quote
Monica. Posted June 5, 2010 Posted June 5, 2010 this isn't my favortie album but i enjoy listening to this album especially to the song waiting. it's a good motivation song. Quote
KatherineKerplunk Posted June 6, 2010 Posted June 6, 2010 I love worning but it's not one of my faves. I find castaway really catchy song and of couse my favorite song from that album would have to me minority. Quote
nimr0d. Posted June 7, 2010 Posted June 7, 2010 Warning is awsome my fav songs, Fashion Victim, Minority and Waiting Quote
leacalifornia Posted June 8, 2010 Posted June 8, 2010 I loove Warning.... so many good lyrics.. This album really shows how versatile they are as musicians.. Quote
Just Overjoyed Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 Just listened through this album, and it absolutely blows my mind that this wasn't a commercial success. Seriously, wtf people? When I think of all the garbage albums that have hit platinum when this hasn't, it makes my head spin. Anyway, love this album, think it is their strongest lyrically by far, and just incredible musically. Favorites are Macy's Day Parade, Castaway, Minority and Church on Sunday. Quote
thisguy3496 Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 Im going to say it, This is the most underrated album of all time. It had no bad songs. Most of the songs were good and Minority and Castaway were amazing. Quote
GreenDaysuperfan13 Posted June 16, 2010 Posted June 16, 2010 I love minority and warning. the rest of the album is also amazing i dont get why its not known better lik american idiot and dookie?and Macys Day Parade Quote
AfterShock Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 Im going to say it, This is the most underrated album of all time. It had no bad songs. Most of the songs were good and Minority and Castaway were amazing. I'm not big on Deadbeat Holiday, but the rest are good... And can someone please tell me why the hell Waiting never got popular? Quote
Ellenkc Posted June 17, 2010 Posted June 17, 2010 And can someone please tell me why the hell Waiting never got popular? Because people are stupid. Amazing album, can listen to it front to back and never get bored. Misery is amazing but Deadbeat Holiday and Hold On are my favorites. Possibly my favorite Green Day album - at least in top 3 - but it actually doesn't contain any of my favorite songs for some reason . It's just a really solid album. Quote
SweetChildren_ Posted June 18, 2010 Posted June 18, 2010 Warning is a great album. I haven't listened to it in a while. My favorite song from this CD is Macy's Day Parade. Quote
KerplunkYe Posted June 20, 2010 Posted June 20, 2010 By far the most underrated album ever, probably my favorite album of all time with amazing songs like Castaway, Fashion Victim, Jackass and Minority only to mention a few... Quote
KayNess Posted June 21, 2010 Posted June 21, 2010 This album is my absalute favourite, it's Green Day's best (in my opinion) and It was the first GD album I heard Macy's Day Parade is the first song I ever learnt to play on Guitar, It means a lot to me Quote
TristansInferno Posted June 24, 2010 Posted June 24, 2010 First album of theirs i bought (I don't think ISH counts does it?) and definitely the best one they did till the AI / 21CBD era.... Quote
Fia <3 Posted June 26, 2010 Posted June 26, 2010 For me Warning is the best Green Day album ever! I really hope that they do something like that again! GREEN DAY 4 EVER! ♥♥ Quote
Rock'n'RollGirlfriend Posted June 27, 2010 Posted June 27, 2010 "Castway", "Blood, Sex, and Booze", and "Deadbeat Holiday" are my favorite songs from the album. =] Quote
murdercitykid Posted June 27, 2010 Posted June 27, 2010 Warning is my favourite Green Day album. I totally love "Jackass" Quote
Alllllli. Posted June 27, 2010 Posted June 27, 2010 I always feel like Warning is my least favourite album, but some of the songs on it are my very favourite songs... like Waiting, Castaway, Church on Sunday, etc. Not that I don't LIKE the album, I just like others better I think. But it's definitely an underappreciated record! Quote
Kayfabe Posted July 2, 2010 Posted July 2, 2010 Thank ya sir strike up another ~mandolin~ of ~discipline~ I always feel like Warning is my least favourite album, but some of the songs on it are my very favourite songs... like Waiting, Castaway, Church on Sunday, etc. Not that I don't LIKE the album, I just like others better I think. But it's definitely an underappreciated record! Warning is a very 'concentrated' album. Especially since it's a shorter one, there are 'alright' ones like Hold on, Deadbeat Holiday, Church on Sunday ect. But then you get to the AMAZINGNESS that is Waiting, Minority, Macy's Day Parade, Misery... and your brain melts just a lil' bit. Quote
Holly Ann Posted July 3, 2010 Posted July 3, 2010 yes, I agree. apparently the video for this song didn't help because it's not more popular than the other songs off Warning. Shame on those who underrate this amazing album Ohh. Yep, I think they need to listen to it a few more times. It's awesome! The songs are all really catchy, with great lyrics. Quote
Snorri Posted July 3, 2010 Posted July 3, 2010 Without a doubt my favorite album by Green Day! Which is why I find it so weird it sell that well My favorite songs are Fashion Victim, Castaway and Misery. My least favorite is probably Deadbeat Holiday Quote
Lou-Lou-Cool Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 I love Warning, It's one of those albums thats like a wild card, moving in a slightly different direction to previous releases but I think it works awesomely, (dunno if thats a word!) The songs are very individual, with great melodies Fashion Victim is such a clever song, definately an album thats under-rated in my opinion. Quote
WastingTime Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 I think a lot of people don't like it because it was their first album that didn't sound very "punk". It's got a lot more pop elements to it, imo. That said, I LOVE Warning! It's such a unique album, they haven't done anything like it since. Definitely their most underrated album. My favorite song is probably Church On Sunday but that changes depending on the day. Quote
