This is in my top three Green Day albums.

I love the songs on it, and i really wish they'd play even more of here!

Like at the libary and 16 are two of my fav songs.

Also i love you can see how different Bj's voice is :).

I can't stop listening to this album lately.

I don't even know why but every time I listen to it it's like a party in my ears

Love it. Going to Pasalacqua  The guitars are funny though, they're that bad you can't even tell what they're strumming. xD

I don't know if I've posted in here before, but screw it.

first song i heard from this album was Dry Ice and i loved it instantly :) so many songs that i like: Paper Lanterns (Woodstock '94 - love the way Mike plays the same tune for almost 8 minutes  ), At the Library, Going to Pasalacqua... all favorites :)

this album to me has the best guitar parts out of all their albums even though they are all have just three chords its relateable cuz a lot of this has the do about growing up, high school crushes, and getting high and most of the things ive listened to in this album i have either seen happen to other people i know or things that have happened to me. my favorite guitar song is AT THE LIBRARY but my favorite song on the album overall would be 16 cuz im almost 16 and i think a lot like billie joe does in that song

i love 409 in your coffee maker

This album would truly rock balls if those songs were recorded on equipment they have now. Great songs but I don't like the sound. I know they were on shitty, inexpensive equipment back then so can't blame them for it! Those songs would rock!

I love it the way it is; would still rather listen to the original version than the remastered one.

So many people dislike "Rest" but "Going to Pasalacqua" + "Rest" are my two favs on there! Prob my second favorite album from the guys. I just love the FEEL of this album (if that makes sense.)

This has always been one of my favorite Green Day albums.

Especially back in freshman year, when I first discovering who I was.

So many lines stuck out to me, like "Adolescence just can't make sense. It's calling my name."

(I was so confused with who I was back then! I knew I was going through changes, but I really had no idea who I was going to become.)

"Things are easy when your a child, but now these pressures have dropped on my head."

(I knew that growing up called for so much responsibility. It scared me a lot back then.)

"When I walk in crowded rooms, I feel as if it is my doom. I know that I don't belong."

(I never really hung out with more than like 3 or 4 people, if that. I was always the "freak" back in high school.

So I just felt really awkward being around too many people lol.)

"My interests are longing to break from these chains. These chains that control my futures aim."

(I felt like a longing to be independent. I know now I was too young at that time to have any real sense of independence.

Now I feel as though I can finally "break through those chains" and start to follow my dreams)

"This conflict is my own. Keep your sources away from me that’s all."

(I always hated when someone would try ask me what's wrong, when really I just wanted to be left alone)

"Look at my friends and see what they've done. Ask myself why they had to change.

I like them better when they were young. Now all these times are rearranged.

I look down and stand there and cry. Nothing ever will be the same."

(This reminds me a lot of how I feel now that I've moved on from high school and am now in college.

Most of my old friends either dropped out and/or got waaaay to into drugs and alcohol.)

There's a lot of other parts I could quote that easily relate to my life,

but I thought I would just end this before I kept going on forever, anazlying every line lol.
