Jimmy Strummer Posted April 28, 2010 Posted April 28, 2010 I went here and watched the official announcement on Late Night, and he said the artists performing that week (including our boys) will only be playing songs from the album "Exile On Main Street," sooooo no Satisfaction, no Paint It Black, no 19th Nervous Breakdown. It'll be songs like Loving Cup, Shine A Light, Sweet Black Angel (all of which I've never heard).

I was talking to a couple people in line at Sunday's show who were on the guest list, and they said Green Day was going back home on Monday. I guess they're going back to New York next month just for this? Or maybe...

But they must have done it without an audience or with a different audience, because we had some GDCers at that show, and they did not mention that!
