Sarcasm Posted August 9, 2012 Posted August 9, 2012 Lol. Everyone says its such an inspiring book. Havent gotten past page 20 it sucks. It does everything but suck, it's a really good book, but that doesn't make up for it being really boring.
Todd Posted August 9, 2012 Posted August 9, 2012 It does everything but suck, it's a really good book, but that doesn't make up for it being really boring. Well, yeah. Its written really good, good author, but its boring.
Sarcasm Posted August 9, 2012 Posted August 9, 2012 Well, yeah. Its written really good, good author, but its boring. But you do agree that boring doesn't equal suck? I just get so provoked every time I hear people use that word. "that movie sucked" or "that band sucks" just because you don't like it yourself. *force choke people*
Todd Posted August 9, 2012 Posted August 9, 2012 But you do agree that boring doesn't equal suck? I just get so provoked every time I hear people use that word. "that movie sucked" or "that band sucks" just because you don't like it yourself. *force choke people* Nah. Theres different interpretations.
Sarcasm Posted August 9, 2012 Posted August 9, 2012 Nah. Theres different interpretations. It's just a word to describe that something is bad. If you don't like a certain song, lets say panic song, the fact that the intro is fucking long doesn't make the quality or production bad/sucky
The Grohl Posted August 9, 2012 Posted August 9, 2012 Dominated Love Slave and Last of the American Girls
Todd Posted August 10, 2012 Posted August 10, 2012 It's just a word to describe that something is bad. If you don't like a certain song, lets say panic song, the fact that the intro is fucking long doesn't make the quality or production bad/sucky I like panic songs lyrics, the long intro is great, but not when im in the mood for its lyrics
ChelseaDagger Posted August 10, 2012 Posted August 10, 2012 I don't much care for "Hold On" from Warning. That's the only one I can think of!
No Rhyme Or Reason Posted August 10, 2012 Posted August 10, 2012 Haha, it freaks me out seeing what songs people don't like - they're usually my favorites! My reaction is like Anyway, my least favorite GD songs: Dominated Love Slave (only song I actually hate - it's not even on my iPod. I just never listen to it.) Christie Road I Want To Be Alone Fashion Victim I Was There
Doris The Spider Posted August 10, 2012 Posted August 10, 2012 Rest. I seriously don't know how anyone can like that song. I am also not fond of: No One Knows Rotting Outsider Oh Love Last of The American Girls Restless Heart Syndrome :/
Killsometime Posted August 10, 2012 Posted August 10, 2012 I don't really have a song that I hate but I do like certain songs more then others.
Blond-O-Sonic Shimmer Trap Posted August 10, 2012 Posted August 10, 2012 I don't really like the last three songs on 21st Century Breakdown except for the lead guitar break part in each song, which is weird. The numerous reasons 21 Guns is an abortion of a song are obvious to everyone, I feel like American Eulogy is a self parody of what they thought they were supposed to write as a political song and of course it ends up saying absolutely nothing, and See The Light is run of the mill mediocre except for the nice use of the sample to bookend the album. But all three have awesome lead parts in the middle! The only reason I ever put these songs on is to hear those parts.
whitechristmas Posted August 10, 2012 Posted August 10, 2012 Rest. I seriously don't know how anyone can like that song. I am also not fond of: No One Knows Rotting Outsider Oh Love Last of The American Girls Restless Heart Syndrome :/ But... I like Rest... I hate On The Wagon. I guess there's a reason it's on Shenanigans, but I really don't think it even deserves a place on there. The only others I really don't like are Know Your Enemy, and Hoseshoes and Handgrenades.
BradGreenDay Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 Dont really have a least favorite song....
without_words Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 I don't really like J.A.R that much as well as some songs from the Kerplunk album. I'm not sure why. I do admit that i skip listening to them sometimes but it doesn't mean that it's my least favorite. Sometimes it depends on my mood.
Pieces of Truth Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 I always skip the majority from 21st century breakdown. ... I'm just in general not in the mood for that amount of ballads, idk why. I just can't stand them. - I don't say I hate them, but I prefer faster songs... It's so rare that I listen to them. Shame on me.
The Forgotten Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 Outsider from Shenanigans, Last Ride in from Nimrod, and Panic song from Insomniac
Malleus Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 How do you crazies not absolutely love Panic Song?! I've probably posted in this thread before but right now the only song I can think of that I don't really like is Extraordinary Girl, and even then I like that song.
ChelseaDagger Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 Kill The DJ. Yes. I just said that. It hurts me more to type that then it hurts you to read it. I hope to be editing this soon, if the song grows on me Ha...ok the explicit version is starting to take. That only took 2 hours....
Lostnfoundtrblbound Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 Some of Insomniac songs are just not my taste completely but I like them better when I am in certain moods. This sort of question really varies upon what is going on at my point in life.
WhatsUpLucas Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 It's hard to say my least favourite song... Half of 21st CB is fighting for that position. 21 Guns, maybe?
