Smbcf Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 Nope, I'm a big fan of that song too. Join the Take Back fan club! Yes! High 5!
TheSaltOfTheEarth Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 Right now, I'm not so fond of Basket Case. I don't know, I think I'm just sick of it.
Schlappy Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 I think it's most of 1.039, Kerplunk for me. Haushinka, Take Back, Platypus, Jinx, F.O.D., Misery, and Deadbeat Holiday are also highly skippable. dude those are like all my favorite songs! haha funny how that happens, eh?
The Platypus! Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 at the moment I skip Horseshoes And Handgrenades :/ I dunno why I used to love that song.
fadi_7 Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 i love all the songs no doubt but i don't like last ride in and panic song i don't see the purpose of listening to them but the rest of the songs are awesome(i think you know that) lol
~Ani~ Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 Probably Strangeland. Still listen to it from time to time, just not as often as other songs.
porksoda Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 I was looking for this thread last night! I couldn't find it because I spelled favorite without the 'u' ha. Anyway, least favorite, in this order. Are We The Waiting Christie Road Scattered I also don't like a lot of their covers, specifically My Generation or Outsider. It's not that they're bad, I just don't like their take on them.

porksoda Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 Is this a serious post? Ha yes. I know it's hard to believe. I absolutely hate AWTW and the My Generation cover, but I don't really hate the other ones, I just usually always skip them. It's weird because I'll usually end up thinking that I hate certain songs, and won't listen to them for awhile. But then I'll come back to them and end up loving them. Like I used to hate most of Dookie for the longest time, but now it's my favorite album.
StrongArmBillieJoe Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 I cant really choose one honestly...But if I must, I have to say Take Back is my least favorite, but I don't hate it.

I can understand the covers.
EvanAsFuck Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 I absolutly LOVE every single Green Day song, no exaggeration whatsoever! ...........that is besides Last Ride In (nuf' said)
alligunn86 Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 its really really hard to say what my least favorite is.... cause even when I say it's my least favorite, i still like it alot! so that is saying something, plus when I think of a "least favorite" anything, I always think of something I don' t like... But I guess if I had to choose I would say probably panic song.... but i still enjoy listening to it every once in awhile
amy_runs Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 at the moment I skip Horseshoes And Handgrenades :/ I dunno why I used to love that song. I've never been a huge fan of that song
ladada Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Haushinka, Tight Wad Hill, Deadbeat Holiday...it's weird for me there's generally one song from each album that I always end up skipping
TheSaltOfTheEarth Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 I don't understand why everyone hates Take Back. It's not my favourite song, but it's not bad either
porksoda Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 I don't understand why everyone hates Take Back. It's not my favourite song, but it's not bad either Probably because of the vocals. I remember hating it at first, but I love it now. It's one of the best songs on nimrod. And I strongly think that Are We The Waiting is one of Green Day's worst songs. I feel like I'm listening to U2. Christie Road and Scattered are okay, they're just usually not what I'm looking to listen to.
Nimrod99 Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 I'm probably going to get my ass handed to me on a platter for this one, but I don't really don't care for the whole of JOS. It's just too long, and the only part that I can listen to everytime I hear it is Dearly Beloved. I can't listen to WMUWSE either, but that's due to the emotions that go with it and not the song itself (although I despise the video for it). I'm not sure why, but I can't listen to Whatsername half the time either (I think it's because sometimes I feel like it's kind of a sadder song and I have to be in the mood to listen to it). I really do like Christian's Inferno and Take Back though. So much fun to listen to when your pissed. Oh the memories of driving in my car blasting either of those songs and singing like a lunatic. lol.
badwolf Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 The only songs I don't like would be Strangeland and Best Thing In Town. Other than those two, I love all their songs and could listen to them all day everyday.
ScreamsInSilence815 Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Honestly, WMUWSE is the only Green Day song I really just cannot listen to without cringing. I love the vocals and the meaning behind it, I just feel like the radio killed it because it was literally played everywhere every couple of minutes.
FiaKels Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Hmm. Hearts Collide, maybe? It's just something about the vocals; they remind me of every other mediocre punk-pop band out there that want to be Green Day, but can't.
Boston Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 Probably Strangeland. Still listen to it from time to time, just not as often as other songs. I forgot that song even existed. I'd be so pissed if they played that as a rareity at a show lol.
November's Storms Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 I'm probably going to get my ass handed to me on a platter for this one, but I don't really don't care for the whole of JOS. I really have to disagree with you on JoS. For me it's an anthem, I can't just take one part out of it and expect it to work. And with the vid for WMUWSE, Sam Bayer says that's his finest ever work. Not trying to diss you about it, jus saying!
Hermione Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 Eww, the videos for WMUWSE and JOS. Two amazing songs, two vomit-inducingly awful videos. If I thought about those videos too much when I listened to the songs they would be in danger of becoming my least favourites
Isabel Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 Is this a serious post? I could say the same about this: Brat.
