uhleckseee Posted July 7, 2010 Posted July 7, 2010 Rest, Green Day, Words I Might Have Ate, Rotting, Christian's Inferno, Know Your Enemy.... I just usually skip over these songs. I'll get in random moods for them, but usually...just meh.
deadair Posted July 7, 2010 Posted July 7, 2010 I've started to really love "Extraordinary Girl" lately, so now my least favorite Green Day song is "Governator"
21st century idiot Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 I've started to really love "Extraordinary Girl" lately, so now my least favorite Green Day song is "Governator" Ha ha i love governator, nice to hear mike sing for a change.
Lyz Z Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 I always skip Rest and Sweet Children I'm not into Tired Of Waiting For You either.
lastnightonGDA Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 I never really liked Know Your Enemy even though it's kind of the repeating theme of the album... Its way too repetitive for Green Day. I also don't get Last Ride In, if someone's willing to explain....
blvd Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 American Idiot with its rock opera concept is a killer album but when Green Day tried to repeat the performance on 21st Century Breakdown, I nearly threw up. I think many songs on 21st Century Breakdown are overambitious, naive, populistic or simply pointless. One part of Before The Lobotomy makes me want to strangle somebody. "Well I'm not stoned I'm just fucked up I got so high I can't stand up I'm not cursed 'cause I've been blessed I'm not in love 'cause I'm a mess" What the fuck is that? What's the point? Aside from Before The Lobotomy, there are some songs I can't stand on that album; Christian's Inferno, Last Night On Earth (is it even possible to write a flatter song?), Peacemaker, Last Of American Girls, ¿Viva La Gloria? (Little Girl) and Restless Heart Syndrome. I really hope they will abandon the rock opera concept on the next album and stop with that puberty politics in their songs. The politics in their songs can be summed up in "war, Bush, religion is wrong". Where is the depth? That sure as hell works for 13-15 year olds in their rebel phases but when you're done with that, that kind of "political" lyrics are just pathetic. Don't get me wrong, I love the simplicity in many of their songs but when they make it political, I need more than simplicity. Damn, am I growing apart from Green Day? As said before, let their next album be a bit more similar to the pre-American Idiot albums.
Marlee Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 honestly, i don't have a least favorite just because all of their music ranges from harder styles to softer sounds to weird styles But i'm always in a mood for certain styles. Like now i wanna hear faster, harder, louder songs. So im skipping all of their slow and odd songs like Rest, Restless Heart Syndrom, Last Ride In, Misery.... etc...... But tomorrow maybe i'll want slower songs, so i'm gonna skip ones like St Jimmy, Take Back, Horshoes and Handgrenades, ...etc... it just depends on what i want to hear, some days i love certain songs, some days i don't
the_superhero Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 Last Ride In, Dominated Love Slave, Boulevard of Broken Dreams, Having a Blast, Pulling Teeth, Redundant, and I Want To Be On TV. And then any song I might not be in the mood for at that time.
Vaso.Of.Suburbia Posted July 9, 2010 Posted July 9, 2010 misery, take back, peacemaker, sweet children and the panic song... sometimes i skip longview , wmuwse, static age or before the lobotomy, because i'm not in the right mood to listen to them...

I don't think anyone listens to Take Back. xD I really like Static Age, actually. I didn't for the first 50 times I heard it, but now I'm kind of into it. WMUWSE is just a little too repetitive. I have an issue with repetitive songs. Recently I've also been skipping Pulling Teeth.
theclassof13 Posted July 10, 2010 Posted July 10, 2010 uhmm... Probably Strangeland and Misery, but their both far better than half of the crap on the radio these days.
bjrules Posted July 10, 2010 Posted July 10, 2010 I like all of their songs, but the ones I usually skip are Rest, I Was There, Extraordinary Girl, Last Ride In, Espionage, Sweet Children, Strangeland. I really like Take Back actually, I don't know why some people skip it
