Blue is cool. I think it's awesome he still uses Blue!!!

It's not the original blue as far as I am aware, blue was beyond repair according to BJ in a Guitar Player interview, he has replicas now, one of the perks of being filthy rich you can have anything made u want

I've noticed that blue is missing from the video clips and I hope to see blue again although it doesn't really fit to their style of music any more...

He only uses Blue when playing 21st Century Breakdown live because of the tuning. He always has Blue tuned half a step down, which is how 21CB is played, whereas the other songs on the album aren't, so he uses the Les Paul.

Ive seen a few videos of him using blue for murder city.

And if you listen to Murder City live vs. album, its half a step down live.

Minority is in E Standard...Blue is in Eb. He uses them when he feels like showing them off (videos). Live, he uses what he prefers/gets closest studio sound.

He can use whatever tuning he wants in the video, he's just miming. For Minority live he always uses Gibsons,
