To me, the whole thing is different...The TRL awards (at least in Italy) are a rubbishy competition...Since the winner has to take his prize, I think that MTV had talked with the different artists in the competition and choose as the winner the only person/band that had agreed to come...

And I think that Green Day have better things to do instead of going to these stupid awards
