My first Green Day album was a cassette of Dookie back when I was in 6th grade. I've been a hardcore fan since then!

Dookie. I think I got the cd in 1995. Before that I just had a few of their songs on cassette recorded off the radio. I used to tape the radio on one tape and then transfer any good songs to another tape. I remember listening to coming clean and thinking 17 was old (I was only 13 or 14) - but I also listened to the offspring and thought "when I show my piece" meant showing the peace sign. I'm trying to remember if I bought Dookie with one of those record club things - where you get about 10 cds for a penny but then have to buy five more in 3 years or something....I got a few good cds out of that deal...and a lot of crap ones.

International Superhits in either late 2005 or early 2006. can't remember.

The summer of '94, my uncle bought Dookie and that's all we listened to. Later that year, he gave it to me when he left for college. I was 11.

American Idiot 2004, bought International Superhits a few weeks later.

Kerplunk. It was given to me at some point in the '90's.

Bad memory when it comes to my childhood.

Dookie, 1994.

I didn't buy it, since I was one at the time, but my father played burnout almost every day (that's as far as we got until my mom would come in and yell at him and turn it off).

The first one I bought was American Idiot, 2004.

International Superhits in July 2004. :3

the first one i myself legit went out and bought was 21cb but my brother and sister had already bought warning a.i. and dookie. but then shenanigans, insomniac, nimrod, and sometime this week 1039 smoothed out slappy hours

Been a fan since 1994 thanks to my older siblings but the first physical album I bought was AI. My siblings gave me their old albums as they got older and stopped being fans. They're :wacko: I know. How can you stop liking them altogether?!?!

Dookie! I got it either in 2002 or 2003 when I was around 6 years old

I borrowed Dookie from my stepdad back in 2005, just a few months before American Idiot came out. I'm so happy that I actually listened to them before AI. I wonder what my life would have looked like if I had borrowed a Sheryl Crow CD instead :lol:

American Idiot by a present of my friends in 2007 I think, I wanted nimrod, but they weren't able to find it.
