Bastard of 1967 Posted March 31, 2010 Posted March 31, 2010 I wasn't shooting for the pit (yeah, go ahead, let the "chickensh*t!! comments fly....) but did the IC presale for Camden yesterday, just 1 ticket for myself only (my wife and I will be going to the Jiffy Lube show together in the WashDC area the following week), and wound up with a 6th row center-bowl seat. I'll be able to see Billie's fillings from there -- or at least be able to read some of his tattoos without my glasses on, especially if they drop a catwalk off of center stage that runs the depth of the small pit. This is the second consecutive show that the IC presale has come through for me. Last summer's Verizon Center show had us on the left aisle of section 100, maybe about 25 yards off of Jason White's quarter of the stage and a perfect, unobstructed view of everything. One more show to go when tix for The Lube go on presale next week......... but if the question is whether the IC presale ticket access is worth the cost of membership, I'd say hell yeah!

Wow you did extremely awesome! I've never been disappointed when I've done the presales. It always pays off! Can't wait to see what I get when mine go on sale.

eze823 Posted March 31, 2010 Posted March 31, 2010 Just so you guys know, I got 8 tickets to Comcast MA in the Pit and 8 tickets in the Comcast CT pit if anybody is interested in purchasing for $199 each. Also have 4 in the front row of sec 13 in Mansfield for $110 per ticket. Thanks!

Welcome to the forum BTW -- you found us just in time for the tour! When I looked at the seat layout it looks like there's no pit. It just starts with the 100 level seating up front, then the lawn seats wayyy in back.That will be interesting because I've actually never been to a Green Day show without a pit. EDIT: Actually I did! LOL the show in Cleveland had no pit and it was very tame. I can't believe I forgot about that. haha thanks! I joined it last year but I just recently started to participate. I'm always checking GDA for the latest though.

I'm really excited cause it's the first day of the summer leg and for the simple fact that this will be my first time in the pit. Yay!!!

DEFINITELY leave early, babe --- Or even skip your class altogether. Otherwise, you won't get anything but tickets at the very back of the venue!
