That's what I thought from the begining, but it's weird 'cause I know they take so much time to put it all like they want it to be, so that the result comes out perfect!

Since this is Kerrang, I wouldn't put it past them to report on someone else's exclusive story about 21CB that happened two years ago. HOWEVER, I think you've got it exactly - it'll be a quote saying something like, "Yes, we have plans for a new album ... someday." It might even say something like, "We've got enough songs for 3 albums already written!" Remember that one??? I am so unexcited about this one that it's putting me to sleep . It would be awesomely great to be wrong, though .
