Mar Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 ^Out is TINY compared to every other mag, and $6 is pretty ridiculous. It's not worth it unless you're psychotic about collecting green day crap. like me.. ALSO a good point! It was small and frankly, while it's a well put-together magazine, I'm not really in the target audience, so there wasn't much else I would find interesting I'm into collecting GD stuff, but I'm content with having Spin and I don't think that would be considered psychotic! Again, thanks for supporting my possible future profession!
Mrs.Kerplunk Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 ON HIS WIFE, ADRIENNE: She’s great. She’s beautiful. Without her, I don’t know what I’d do. She empowers me to challenge myself in a lot of ways. She inspired the song “American Idiot” by playing me this Midnight Oil song that she really loved. She runs a store called Atomic Garden, all about sustainable living. She’s really active in NRDC, politically. Sometimes I think she’s a hell of a lot more interesting and a cooler person than I am. i almost cried. its the most beautiful thing he ever said about her.
Daughter.of.Rage.and.Love Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 Okay then, I didn't know it was so small. xD and maybe it's also that there aren't any decent music magazines here (or magazines that interest me at all)so I can't really compare it to anything.
Mar Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 Okay then, I didn't know it was so small. xD That's what she said I'll second the love for that quote about Adie
gdpony Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 i almost cried. its the most beautiful thing he ever said about her. I know right! I dont know why this was on the outtakes! they should have printed it!

Guest Shangri-La Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 ALSO a good point! Mar Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 as a green day journalist? lol Wouldn't that be amazing?! But yeah, I am going to try and be a magazine writer (or at least a copy editor like I am now), so the more magazines around, the better! And yknow, if those magazines want to feature Green Day, that's fine by me! Maybe I can convince my mom to buy this for me for Easter.

-Billiejoezee- Posted April 2, 2010 Posted April 2, 2010 This damn issue still isn't available in Ireland and it is April! They still have the March issue in all the shops Don't worry they'll get it.
Isabel Posted April 2, 2010 Posted April 2, 2010 I know but it's so annoying because I keep seeing Ewan McGregor's mug on it when it should be Billie Joe's at this stage!
-Billiejoezee- Posted April 2, 2010 Posted April 2, 2010 Patience is the key to everything. I really want this magazine too. But I don't know where you get it.
whizzingbullet Posted April 3, 2010 Posted April 3, 2010 Thanks for the scans! I'd want to buy the mag as well, but I have no idea if it's sold here.
