Since she isn't a big fan, I decided to tease her a little and said that you have to know what Kerplunk! and Gilman are, and then they'll let you in. Then she freaked out and said "BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TELL ME PLEASE!!!!!" /randomofftopicstory I'm planning to take my long time friend to see 'em this time around since she hasn't had the chance to attend their previous gigs. Still gotta talk to her about it though.

We are going on a GD road trip, possible 6 shows, depending on their schedule... <3 senior summer! I have made epic shirts for the shows. one says "Dear Billie Joe, I had to sell my GIBSON to come to your shows! I deserve a hug!" I did have to sell my Gibson =(

But seriously, the only reason I couldn't hit the pit last show was because the place wasn't ramped and there was no one who could lift a chair. I'm hoping it'll be at the rose-bowl though because since it's outside, the floor is on the same level as the...you know. floor. Unlike the forum which was actually underground.

Posted March 14, 2010 Posted March 14, 2010 I don't know if this has been discussed already, but if they're going to be at at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, then they're probably going to be at PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel. The venues are very similar in size, and I've noticed in the past that if an artist goes to Susquehanna Bank Center, they almost always go to PNC. Awesome thing about this: PNC is in my hometown. Green Day in my hometown?! Nuff said. Bad thing about this: PNC has no pit area. Which will take a lot away from the awesomeness of the show. D: Has anyone else from the NY/NJ area thought of this? I have thought of that! I thought that they would play at the new Giants Stadium but my dad said that the building production is slow because of that, they had to cancel summer concerts and they won't be done unitl September instead of May. Bummer. Then I thought, Why don't they play at the Izod Center or Prudential Center? A bit bigger than Suquehanna Bank Center and there is a pit area for both of them. It would be awesome if they played at Prudential Center cause all I have to do is just take the 34 Newark Penn Station via Prudential Center. and that bus stop is like, a block away from my house.

I would love to wait in line with a bunch of peeps! For sure gotta get there early... I totally don't mind spending hours hanging out! I too am hoping that the tickets don't go for sale the same day the rest of the dates are announced, because then I'd probably be forced to buy ahead of time without planning - and that could totally backfire in terms of transportation and whatnot. Just had to add.. since they are starting on the east coast, maybe they'll be here by my birthday! I guess this is a page own for me then!
