That's around the same time for me, too. And Pittsburgh is a must. I know that if they don't come here, but instead go to Philly, I'm fucked. Nobody would take me to Philly.

And yay@ Alex being able to go to the possible Pittsburgh show. I say a GDC meet up here is mandatory.

Do you think that their playing Camden will take the place of them playing Philly? Because I don't think my parents want me and my friends to be in Camden late at night.

Fuck I hope not. They NEED to play Philly!!

Camden is like on the border of Philly. I wouldn't be surprised if thats the next stop after Camden.

^Camden is pretty close to Philly, so that would make sense. But the last tour, they played both Philly and Pittsburgh, so idk.

All I know is they must play Pittsburgh because it would be so easy for me, and I would hate it if Angela couldn't see them. :( And now Alex can go to Pittsburgh! So yes it is a must.

I'm not sure how far Pittsburgh is from my moms. I know it's farther but I guess I could do that if there's no Philly.

If they're only going to do 1 PA date, let it be Pittsburgh, dammit! Philly's really close to Camden, so it would be fairly easy for people in Philly to drag their asses over to Camden. For people in Pittsburgh like me, driving (or in my case, having someone else drive) to Philly may not be possible. It's only fair.

I can't wait to meet all you lovely people :woot:

And i hope for a New York date as well.

I'm excited to meet you guys too!

Considering their Twitter said "Planning US summer tour now!!!outdoors!!" I don't think youre in luck =/

The venue in Camden is pretty fucking small for Green Day. This is a good thing imo.

Gahh, I completely forgot about that D:

I know right?? My mom says that she doesn't want to wait in line in the sun and drive through a giant parking lot and get pushed around by sweaty people. But it's so worth it to be able to see Green Day! Ah, moms, if only they understood...

I just don't see them only doing outdoor shows. There has to be some arena shows, right? D:

Please please please please do Mellon Arena.

^ There's got to be some indoor shows. At least, I hope so...

Might be because of the high risk of a heat stroke or something lol. I'm not really looking forward to the idea of waiting in line in the Texas heat. Well, if they come here that is.

But ohh this concert is going to be sexy.

They're closing the Mellon Arena though, I thought? When the Pens are done with this season, since it's outdated now compared to other arenas. I thought it would be the new Console Energy Center that they'd be going to, but I don't know. I like the idea of the Mellon Arena, though. It's where I saw them the first time, and I'd like to see them there again. :)

I think so too.

It seems more...initmate, imo.

I'm kinda worried that my mom and dad won't let me go to Camden. [my mom said, "hell no!" and then it changed to "we'll see."]

Camden is like Harlem and Newark times two when it comes to crime.

I never been to Camden so I'm not gonna drive there...

I'm gonna take the train/light rail and plus...I don't wanna get lost in Camden.

My dad wants a guy that can protect me when I go there..so I need to find one.

I CAN'T WAIT!!! I don't listen to AFI so I don't really have an opinion as far as how their music is, but I can't wait to see Green Day. It's always worked out that I couldn't see them in the past and now I will finally be able to!!!!!!!!!

I hope I'm able to get standing tickets this time. I will be wearing my witch hat. I want Billie to take it. I'm trying to think of what else to wear.

I just told my friend about the tour and she wants to come. Since she isn't a big fan, I decided to tease her a little and said that you have to know what Kerplunk! and Gilman are, and then they'll let you in. Then she freaked out and said "BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TELL ME PLEASE!!!!!" /randomofftopicstory

I'm bringing a GD cloth flag I made, a Santa hat that has LED lights on it, and my Disco Ball Converse (which haven't been made yet), to the possible Pittsburgh show. I think Billie will notice.

Yes, Alex, MSG!

Oh, I didn't know that. I don't know about those things though, so you're probably right. Just somewhere in Pittsburgh. I want my friend from school who I have successfully gotten into Green Day to see them with me, because now she loves them, and my brother and parents too, and Pittsburgh would be the easiest place for us all to go. And then obviously meeting GDCers and stuff too would be
