When I come Around is one of best songs from Dookie, but 21first Century Breakdown is from best album by GD (for me) I love whole album,and I most prefer 21st CB. So i voted 21st Century Breakdown. WICA will always have a place in my heart, I mean, that riff, those lyrics I still remember hearing it live, and how it reminded me of how much I love it. But Imma have to go with 21CB on this one. The song's just epic! i'm really surprised at how close it it!
