I adore Christie Road its one of my top 2 songs ever, always fighting it out with Macy's Day Parade, the lyrics are just simply beautiful and haunting, yearning and reaching. Basket Case will probably win as it's the hit and easily recognisable, tbh I am bored to death with hearing it :/

I think that basketcase is a better song becuase it sounds punkier than christie road if you know what i mean... whereas with christie road they are just talking about a place where they liked to go as kids. Basketcase is more about being crazy and out of control..."grasping to control". If that makes sense.. sorry for rambling
