Out of these two I think Basket Case is slightly better.

That's a really tough one. To me both are on a similar level lyric-wise. I don't really know much about the music, though, so all I can say is that I like the sound of Christie Road better. Yeah, I think I have to go for a song that I like more, this time. Though, I really wanted to stay as objective as possible. It's also hard to compare them because Christie Road wasn't a single so we don't know how big it'd become.
