JOS, no contest. It's epic, it's emotional, it's just amazing. It made me fall in love with Green Day. I was so blown away when I heard the song. Don't get me wrong, JAR is good too and it always makes me sad to hear, but JOS is still tops.

REM sleep is quite vital and substandard sleep doesn't compensate. I was so sleep deprived during high school that I'd rapidly descend into REM sleep during the bus rides home and awaken suddenly from it and notice it when the bus went over a bump.
