Awesome song. One of my favourite GD songs EVER.

Something really odd just happened to me. When I saw that Going To Pasalacqua is the song of the week, I put it on at my WMP playlist. Then I stopped it, to watch the video which is followed by She. After that, I played that song again and it was followed by She

I can't forget how happy I was when they did this at the London 24th show - just hearing those first few chords and thinking, "He's actually gonna play it!"

I kno rite! I like the line "I toss and turn all night thinking of your ways of affection" is scarily accurate :o

Easily the best song off 39/Smooth.

GTFO, that's At The Library

I love this song

Easily the best song from 39/Smooth, I love the first line "Here we go again, infatuation touches me just when I thought that it would end" and "That's when I say...what the hey!"

Amazing song!

Great song, glad I got to hear it live. :)

I lvoe it..I love its rhythm, I lvoe its lyric...I think it contains the GD-germ that will explode int he future...

fave parts:

Here we go again, infatuation

Touches me just when i

Thought that it would end...

You and I together, hand and hand

We run away -far away-

I’m in for nasty weather

But I’ll take whatever you can

Give that comes my way -far away-

p.s. hearing it live was such an amazing thing!! *O*

The amazingness of this man's lyrical talent blows my mind more & more each day. I love when I find out his seemingly simple lyrics have such crazy thought behind them

This, absolutely! ^^ Before I read the lyrics I was just like - Well, this is a good song... But then when I found out how PERFECT Billie's lyrics are, I completely fell in love  Here we go again, infatuation touches me just when I thought that it would end... One of my favorites from 39/smooth =)

I’m in for nasty weather

But I’ll take whatever you can

Give that comes my way...

Going To Pasalacqua (I still have no idea how to pronounce it ) is such an amazing (live -) song. Every time Billie plays the guitar intro, the crowd goes nuts - that's my favourite part of the song by the way.

I would kill to see it live but I highly doubt this is gonna happen... :(

When they played this in Glasgow I nearly died of happyness  Definatly my favourite of 1039/SOSH and asdfghjkl I remember the moment they started playing it and I went crazy and everyone around me was like  And Billie came over and saw me singing my heart out and started grinning his wee face off haha. That was an amazing moment.

Oh & J'net, where were you guys on the barrier cause I think I might have been next to you during this song

Such a great song! I remember the time when I couldn't really get into 1039/SOSH this was the only song I listened to. :D

One of my favorite Green Day songs. hands down.

SO happy they played it in London : >

This is one of my favorite Green Day songs ever... I love it.

It's one of the first songs I heard from Green Day, besides American Idiot (the album). Oh, memories.

I really like the beginning of it, however, it's not one of my favorites. It's a song I'm often listening to if I can't wake up in the morning, haha.

Well, we started off facing the stage but essentially in the right corner where the catwalk meets the stage - right in front of Mike. But during the show, the pushing caused us to start "traveling" around the barrier until we were more in the corner facing Billie's mic. Two other friends were on my right side (Jason and Niall) - Tony was on my left side with Bubbles next to him. Does any of that ring a bell???

@ everyone who doesn't know how to pronounce pasalacqua:

download this, around 18:44, 22:14 and 29:16 you hear how it's not pronounced, around 29:25 you hear it the right way. and even if you already know how to pronounce it but don't have it yet, download it anyway =D

And I loved that Saturday Night Special thing.
