Kathryn Bigelow is the director of the "Hurt Locker." She is the first woman in serious contention for the Best Director Award of the Oscars. She's up against her ex-husband, James Cameron, who directed "Avatar."

This sounds really interesting, I have never heard of this, will look forward to reading more and seeing what they say about Green Day. It doesn't actually say that GD will be performing does it? It just says 'AND LIVE PERFORMANCE BY THE CAST OF GREEN DAY'S AMERICAN IDIOT

I guess USA Network has updated their site since the Awards Cocktail is tonight (and my friend gets to go to it... urgh!) Haha...
