Isabel Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 oh my god I just watched that on youtube... Yeah it was pretty awesome. I heard the first line and thought "Wow!! Coming Clean!!" But because it was unaccompanied, I assumed he'd only sing a verse, like he did with Armatage Shanks in Belfast....buuttt, when the band suddenly came in, I thought "holy shiiiiiit!!" and proceeded to go absolutely insane

They played it at the soundcheck and my friend and i FREAKED out. and then they played it again in front of us! it was so amazing
saraHsunshine Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 Soooo this makes me feel like a baby! I heard When I Come Around when I was 5 [first time I heard Green Day...awww...] and that was my mom and I's favorite song even haha. When I got the CD they had taken Ernie off the back but my older cousin was like 'DUUUUUDE! I USED TO HAVE THAT ON TAPE! WITH ERNIE!' and the other day I was feeding my obsession with used music and I got like 4 GD cassettes for 89 cents each :D the Dookie one has Ernie. My life is complete.
Metanoia Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 lol i just realized i was exactly 2 months old when it got released.i was born december 1st 93 .woot:
