This whole argument whether Sam Bayer sucks or not will never end. It's brought up in every thread regarding GD videos.

He's not directing for them any more. Let's focus on Marc Webb :D

ugh seriously that BIAB plug was annoying!

but he did do a great job with the videos.

but maybe this single will be good for the band. It definitely is catchy and different from all the songs they released so far. i can see it playing on the radio often

Yeah if they go literal it would be like,

Gloria playing dress up for the whole 4 minutes.

It would be like the second coming of the whatshername video.

I really don't want that to happen. I have faith that they can make it something great ...

Oh, I always skip through the bits in between. I think I might have seen it once. xD

It didn't really bug me though, I thought it was quite interesting to see how they filmed it...

Eurgh, I feel terrible saying this but I thought that the 21st Century Breakdown video was the best of a bad bunch.

Wow, talk about unexpected. I didn't ever think that this would be a single. Instead, I pictured Restless Heart Syndrome as the next. But I really like this song, so it's cool to see it as a single. No idea how the video for this could go, though... Interesting to see Marc Webb directing another 21stCB video. But to be honest, I wanna see Sam Bayer come back to do another GD video. I know not everybody was a fan of the way he did WMUWSE and JOS (even though I personally love both), but overall, I think he's a great director.

Bayer will always be a legend in my eyes, Webb dont get me wrong is an amazing director, let's not forget he gave us, I'm Not Okay and The Ghost of You, but I hope he knocks Last of the American Girls out of the park

It's nothing personal, really, it's more the thought of that someone on here who knows a lot of stuff most other people don't know about, and that Tre's behind that. :)

Mmkayz sorry to go back to Sam Bayer but I never actually got why they put in that bit in BIAB - he just comes across as a total asshole to me :/
