BadgerLALA Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 Naww that's kind of the guys I only wish we knew that the money really got to the people that needs it.
Tubbie Head Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 I'm so happy =)It's so nice of them, and I already donated*.*
netty Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 Naww that's kind of the guys I only wish we knew that the money really got to the people that needs it.do it through a recognised charity such as the red cross and it will do! the fact that the guys have had this news posted detailing exactly how much they have donated shows how much they have been shocked by the news we have been getting about this disaster. I know they all contribute to charity on a regular basis but prefer not to make this public as too many would see it as them just using it to make them look good. normally they would get involved with something like the gig they did with U2 previously and donate in private. this time they have made the decision to make it public because of the scale of the disaster. good on them as well!
AnnA™ Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 Again, awesome. I'm proud of them. Not surprised though. Being as awesome as they always are I suspected they'd donate something.
Angela. Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 Absolutely amazing. Total props to our boys for doing that. That's very generous, and so lovely to do.

Hermione Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 Nice onethe fact that the guys have had this news posted detailing exactly how much they have donated shows how much they have been shocked by the news we have been getting about this disaster. I know they all contribute to charity on a regular basis but prefer not to make this public as too many would see it as them just using it to make them look good. normally they would get involved with something like the gig they did with U2 previously and donate in private. this time they have made the decision to make it public because of the scale of the disaster. good on them as well!Yeah I'm really pleased to see they've done it publicly because it'll set a good example and encourage more people to donate.
Echo Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 I think it's absolutely brilliant that they've done this, it needs to be done
Harinezumi Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 I think that all rich people should donate something. You don't have to be rich to be able to help. Imagine if every GDCer gave for example $5 / 5e.
04rebhop Posted January 23, 2010 Posted January 23, 2010 That's really nice of them. Hopfully it will help save people's lives out there.
