Do you know what I mean?1994: dookie +1 year later= 1995: Insomniac +2 years later= 1997: nimrod. +3 years later= 2000: Warning: +4 years later= 2004: american idiot +5 years later= 2009: 21st Century Breakdown +6 years later= 2015: next album?

What comes next?I think they may release a record more stereotypically punk sounding. Quite raw and all. Just good ol fast raw rock n roll...Though this might just be an EP/small collection of songs.Then I think something a bit more power-pop, yeah. Maybe more piano.The thing is, you never know with Green Day. You think you do. They think they do. But we don't really.

I would personally go to each of their homes, pound on the door, and tell them to get a move on it!

It feels like they JUST came out with 21CB... it's almost been a whole year I agree that they've hit a speed bump with the whole "epic" thing though.I have no idea what they'll do, but to be honest, I can't see them going back to doing just a collection of songs.I guess it's because I didn't really know a Green Day without the opera-esque style.But considering the fact that I was able to convince myself for almost a year that the Twilight movie was NOT cheesy and possibly the best thing to ever hit the theater, I think that no matter what GD does in the future I'll love it
