When I first saw the show was postponed on GDA, I skimmed it super fast, and picked out Billie's name, and instantly thought it was exhaustion or something. I wouldn't have been surprised if it would've been that.

Green Day second Melbourne show confirmed to proceed tonight (Wed Dec 16).

The Frontier Touring Company is pleased to confirm that tonight's Melbourne rescheduled Green Day concert will proceed.

Billie Joe is fit and healthy and very much looking forward to the show tonight.

All Tuesday December 15 tickets remain valid and as allocated and do not need to be exchanged.

If a patron is unable to attend tonight they are advised to seek a refund immediately from their original point of purchase.

Hopefully he's feeling much better, but you can't rush him back onto the stage if he's not 100% better.

Aw, that sucks!

Thankfull they made it to Adelaide first, I would have been having some kind of panic attack by now if I was going to this concert... but, like everyone has said, it is SO WORTH THE WAIT. And I think it's fantastic that they didn't just cancel, like some bands would *grumbles*. There again, they're the greatest band in the world, so they wouldn't do that to their fans.
