Lauren Posted December 12, 2009 Share Posted December 12, 2009 My cousin texted me and told me that his wife heard that Green Day would be playing Hershey Park (in Pennsylvania, USA) in March. The radio station was Wzzo z95.I'm not sure if this is true, but you know how radio stations sometimes will say bands are playing before the bands announce the show on their website. If this is true, I'm guessing that Green Day will be doing a spring US tour? :/ (I don't like it because I won't be able to go to many shows unless it's in the summer)This reminds me of the Bowery Ballroom thread. I've just been waiting to make one until we started to get some news. Yesterday, I heard that a radio station here in Tulsa announced (accidentally) that Green Day will be here next year. So it's obvious they're making their arrangements, and we'll probably hear details soon.I'll change the name of this thread and pin in Green Day Chat for a few days - then I'll move it to On the Road. PLEASE GD, come to Pittsburgh again! It's the only realistic chance I have.Edit: Nope, I knew it. March 20th is a Saturday. The only people who would possibly go with me would be my cousin and his fiance. But my cousin works on weekends only, so there's no way I can come to this.
