Actually Australia is almost a whole day ahead of North America. Oh and sometime soon Green Day is suppose to be doing a Green Day rockband, they have trackpacks now and are releasing like 3 more this month but it has been confirmed they will be doing a whole one with 80 some songs or whatever. Read that on the Rockband website. My fiance is a Video game nut so I checked it out for him. Hummmm, I may have read the article about them winning the award there too, can't remember, I just remember the article was linked and from a very good source.

Link? I keep up on videogames and have never heard such a thing. I believe they said it would be cool and that was it. There is this from Kotaku, where he just says, "Uh yeah, we're doing a whole Green Day Rock Band...uh." and "I'm not sure...soon. Like I think not this week, but this year soon...by the end of this year." Seeing as how the year has about 3 weeks left and nothing has been even said about a full game, it's safe to say the track packs were all he was talking about.

Hopefully they get their own game. It appeared to be Green Day avatars in the game and one of their songs played, but since I didn't see this first hand, I have no idea what song was playing.
