newsflash777 Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 that would be weird if they played at shoreline because there is no front pit just the lawn 4,000,000 miles away lol, but ahhh I can't wait till they announce the dates and everything. I can't wait either. This way I can start planning plotting.

Yeah thats why im not big on the Shorline cause all the front section is all seated but everyone will be standing but still. They may also do a show at the Sleep Train in Concord too if they go with amphitheatres

Savannah Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 <---my face right now. ahaha. so basically every California show, including the Bay Area. And maybe Las Vegas? OMG. But I'll need GDC'ers to meet up with at like Bay Area shows so I don't end up getting lost and shanked or something.

I can't wait any longer. Hah/ The hell if I know! In a perfect world, we'd have them all now! But it sounds like they don't even know when they're coming here, so I think they'll have to narrow down the months.

Mar Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 I'm just very curious about venue sizes. With the economy still in the crapper, will they go to smaller venues that cost less to book and fill/charge less in ticket prices to fill seats? It'll be interesting to see. (I hope so!)

From whats been said on the thread already its looking like it could be a stadium or ampitheatre tour but we will see depending when the actual tour is
Pharmakon Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 Theyre pretty easy to meet Just stay a long time after the show, or usually theyre walking around town before the show. Make sure you leave an impression! Like me and Billie had a long talk about lip synching and other weird things he got very passionate about, and i gave him a pin he liked, and he remembered my purple hair haha! Theyre really amazing, down to earth guys, when you talk to them it feels like youve known eachother for years. aaaahhhhhh i'm sooo nervous/excited! i love how after so long they still want to spend time with their fans. seriously. even green day knew it was a terrible show. damn
debunked Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 I'm crossing my fingers for another Nashville show. If not, I might cry. Haha.
elanorelle72 Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 From whats been said on the thread already its looking like it could be a stadium or ampitheatre tour but we will see depending when the actual tour is a stadium tour...hmmmmmmmmmmm Thunder Bird Stadium at UBC!...up to 25,000 or BC Place! BC place holds at least 60,000 seats...doesn't include the floor....The place is massive because its Canadian Football size..bigger than USA...judging...looks about could fit easily 70,000 (Vancouver)...and there are great improvements too because of the Olympics..Not as Big as Wembley...but it could be near it...!
elanorelle72 Posted December 2, 2009 Posted December 2, 2009 ^ mm I love that idea! i say BC place...big! Local! right next to GM place...so i can have the same hotel etc etc Have you ever been to BC Place? I was once for a Canucks thankyou event..ITS FREAKING HUGE
