Kayfabe Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Adverts for Noah and the Whale's new album, Last Night on Earth! Saw an advert for the Affordable Art Fair.. corner said AAF lol.
Guest Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I'm watching an old NCIS rerun and two people in the episode got into an argument over Green Day tickets. What's the episode title called?
Satan Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 History of Music class has a whole UNIT on Green Day. Apparently the teacher is obsessed. I found out about it through a friend who took it and asked me for help on her homework. Confused, because I suck at basically everything History, I asked her "Seriously, you know I suck." And bam, a whole two worksheets on Green Day. Not only that, but their Rolling Stones '05 cover is on a poster in my school. Which makes me quite happy. coolest. teacher. ever. winner!
Missionary Politician Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 The school itself is overstrict on everything (for a public school), so I always found it a little odd. And the teacher is a total dork, but apparently he has a man crush on Billie.

ScatteredPictures Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 There was a gossip section in a teeny magazine ( dont know why I still buy them. they suck...) about Billie Joe and Lady Gaga. It said something about a "passionate kiss" (wtf..) and next to it was the pic of Gaga and Billie.
Rroycie Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 In my old Geography book it was talking about weather and how it's at it's worse during September and it said 'Even Green Day wanted be woken up when September ended' or something along the lines of that. Also whilst I was on the bus back from Bristol once I saw someone had written 'Please call me only if you are coming home' which I thought was pretty cool
Katarina. Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 Random. I've been listening to Kerplunk all day (cause of my countdown thing for Awesome as Fuck), and when I looked in my iTunes list I saw how many times I've played those songs already. There was one that was played 80 times, and I wondered which one it was. So I look to the left, and it's 80. Didn't think of that at all.
TheSaltOfTheEarth Posted March 10, 2011 Posted March 10, 2011 I was watching the news and there was a guest reporter named Mike Armstrong. Double reference right there
solongfromthestars Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Today I had to do a practice exam paper for English Lit and first there was a reference to Holden Caulfield, then there was a book called "Green Days By the River"
Metanoia Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Woah, I was just checking on Facebook, which song is next in the 30 Day Song Challenge and on the site of it, you see the most recent uploads of those nearly 300,000 people who liked it and the latest one that was posted was by a random guy and was Macy's Day Parade :3
Jay C Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Yesterday, my mom and I were talking about the actors on some show and she couldn't remember who it was, so she said "I remember the face, but I can't recall the name"
Emilie Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 A girl came up to me in science and said "The lab tech likes Green Day!" I had to stare at him for the rest of the lesson whenever I saw him
November's Storms Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Random. Cool! That reminded me of something similar in my iTunes, Jesus of Suburbia and JoS (live bullet in a bible version) both have exactly 129 plays each.
heart on a noose Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 today at biology competition was some poster about animals and small article about platypus.
veroPasalacqua Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 My old physics teacher looks like jason white. Everytime I see him, Im always like: ''HI MR.WHITE!!!'' and he laughs... lol
Katarina. Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Cool! That reminded me of something similar in my iTunes, Jesus of Suburbia and JoS (live bullet in a bible version) both have exactly 129 plays each. Haha, that's cool as well. What a coincidence right.. I like random/funny things like that. Same thing with singing along to Green Day songs. Say, I'm singing ".. and watch the phone but no one's calling", and in the background I hear a news reporter on tv say the word "phone". That happens so many times!
Silverlight Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 Look at this screen-shot that I took of YouTube: Now look at the advertisement. I almost hyperventilated.
Rosie May Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 There was someone saying yesterday how there should be a religion that worships alcohol and they weree trying to think of a name for, reminded me of Lushotology There was some ad for something later on and at the end of it they said "Know Your Enemy."
Kayfabe Posted March 12, 2011 Posted March 12, 2011 Look at this screen-shot that I took of YouTube: Now look at the advertisement. I almost hyperventilated. EIGHTEEN?!?!?!?!?!
