And he said, "It's a musical with Hip Hop songs!, If Green Day can have a musical on Broadway, why can't I?" Zack says "But Green Day are one of the most popular bands in the world! " Oh, I found it on the youtube, just skip to 1.05 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uEiXEv9rn9s And yes, I watch Disney Channel series and I'm not embarrassed to say it.

I asked him who his fav band was and he said Aerosmith, so I took that into consideration and said that my fav band was Green Day. Then all of a sudden we strike this weird conversation about how he used to listen to them in high school and that my mom liked them, too. After we were done with his high school flashbacks, "Brain Stew/Jaded" comes on the radio out of nowhere. I'm sitting next to my dad with this really big smile on my face and he looks over to me and says "Wat?!" I point my head to the radio and he's like "oh", so he turns it up louder and of course we both sing along. Now, that was an awesome way for my dad to find out about my obsession!!! And also yesterday I was wearing my Green Day shirt and necklace, to show my Billie appreciation. Well, in English class me and some friends were at the front talking to the teacher, but I didn't realize he was looking down at my shirt. He was like, "Green Day, huh? I used to listen to them when I was in high school. They had an CD called Green Day Dookie!" And all I could do was smile. That was just the best thing that could have happened to me (on a normal day). And the weirdest thing about that, is that my English teacher is the most religious person I know right now, and yet somehow he still likes Green Day. For some reason, I just don't see religious people and Green Day mixing well.

I was like 'yeah, that's right!'

Sarabeth Posted February 21, 2011 Posted February 21, 2011 Today I went to the store and I bought a packet of Poprocks and a bottle of Coke I didn't realize it until my mom asked me what I got and I said "Poprocks and Coke." Then a couple minutes later my little sister said "Why do people go to church on Sunday?" Then I started singing the song.
