in my english class today, we talked about aussie language.

we had to match phrases from aussie english to the "translation" in british english..

and one of the aussie phrases was "howsagoin?" and i was totally laughing my ass off..

because yknow in one video, billie tells a story and goes like ".. i divided 3 by 776 and came up with.. THIRTEEN ISNT

THAT WEIRD?!?!?!" then he laughs for 2 seconds on perfectly normal goes on with ".. so, how's it goin?"

and I was repeating that "hows it goin" to myself, in the exact way billie said it, and I was laughing sooo hard

I went to this gig the other day and on the wristbands they gave out for the standing people it says "I was there" I think they should put that on any future Green Day tour wristbands :eyebrow:

Yesterday in my Crim class (again) we watched a Taylor Swift SNL clip and one part shows this mom driving crazily to a sale and she sticks her head out the window and yells something like "Get out of the way you nimrods!"

Edit: Just remembered, I was taking a KROQ music survey this morning where a song is played and you have to rate how much you like it and how often you want to hear it played on the radio and 21 Guns was one of the songs!

My Theater Appreciation class today was watching the Tony Awards so I got to watch Green Day's performance and all that haha. BUT! The best thing about today was that some older lady in the front row had a crazy story to tell. Everyone thinks this lady is a weirdo because she looks weird and has a crazy voice, but she isn't really that weird.

Her story: Green Day got lost in WI (Green Bay haha) on their way to Chicago, and they ended up crashing on this ladies floor.. Then apparently she bought a copy of Kerplunk before it was for sale from Billie in the van. She actually has the old thing too and you can totally tell it's not a made up story because of how she told it. She said "I'm not as lame as I look" or something like that and it was so funny. She originally got up to tell my teacher after the performance, and I don't know if she even planned on telling other people, but then the teacher decided that was a great story.

That was so random.. I like that in a theater class I got Green Day music.. Anything Green Day related was never skipped, but other stuff was haha NICE!
