It's a total inside joke, where a person posted that "their friend who has a bike" saw someone in the hospital, maybe LiLo, and it was just so damn hilarious (because your story sources are supposed to be publications)! And this situation reminded me of that.

Anyway, back on topic, I wonder if they decided to hold out on this until after Grammy nominations are announced Wednesday?
