No that's from a bootleg of the musical from September. Not an official release at all, but quite possibly a simmilar arrangement to the version that will be released soon, as this is the version in the musical.

i don't see why it wouldn't. If the point of them releasing a cast version of 21guns is to promote the musical, why would they record a version significantly different than the one in the musical?
