Not supposed to be lovely. It's supposed to be jarring. Religious fanaticism hurts the innocent.

Hmmm, lemme think... What don't I like?

Probably 'whisper "Are you dying?" in my ear' from Rotting because I think of it as 'whisper "are you dying in my ear?"' and I don't like the thought of someone dying in someone's ear :ermm:

 I love you.

"Red eye, code blue

I'd like to strangle you

And watch your eyes bulge right out of your skull

When you go down

Head first into the ground

I'll stand above you just to piss on your grave "

I just don't like it. It creeps my out.

I love that song. The whole thing is just pure aggression. Everything you wish you could say but feel bad enough to even think.

Thanks dear, I love you too. *lovey non-aural death hugs*

Oh, like a stone definitely makes sense, it's just that, well, I can't explain why, but I always think/sing it as "storm," maybe it's the way Billie sings it, I don't know.

I really, really don't have a "least favourite" anything when it comes to Green Day lol

Me neither!

I've never been thinking like "Oh fuck, I kinda dislike this line"... I think I'll always been focus on the lines I actually likes a lot

Loooove conquers every time

When two hearts go to collide

You're the card in my valentine

and the candy hearts in my mind

Once you finish singing along to it, you look back at the lyrics and think W.T.F??

"...like a liar looking for forgiveness from a stone"

I have never really liked that line.

Stone??!? This keeps changing for me, the first time I heard it I sang along as 'Like a lion looking for forgiveness from the storm'.

I honestly thing every lyric in 21 Guns. It's really cheesy (even for Green Day) lyrically. The singing is good though, and the song isn't bad, but I just don't like the lyrics.

I guess I've never really though about it before.

the only one that i can think of off the top of my head is

in american eulogy when billie says the "n word"

I really don't mind it, it just makes me uncomfortable for some reason.

I know what you mean. I know he's not using it in context, and its meant to be like a quote, but hearing him use that word just doesn't sound right to me. But at least he was brave enough to include it without fear of a backlash.

Fashion Victim - Oah, oah, oah. Oah, oah, oah. Oah, oah, oah. Oah, oah, Oah.

I don't think Billie put much thought into that line

I love these lines haha the imagery of those nasty tasting, but forever cute, cany hearts everyone got as a child makes me think of such a cute, pure and innocent love...

TRUE THIS.
