Smoothed Out Posted November 14, 2009 Posted November 14, 2009 Amazing performance, but crying? Really?Come on. I can understand liking a band A LOT, since I do with Green Day, but crying over a live performance is silly.I cried when I saw Green Day at Birmingham because it was so emotional to actually be there hearing them play. In no way is it silly, some people like me get touched by the things they love very easily and it shows that you have some connection with what they are playing and what Billie is singing about. Every Green Day song for me reminds of a time in my life-maybe when I first heard the song or when I realised that Green Day is the first band I've really been in to. It may seem silly to you, but emotion is something that comes naturally and can't be controlled. Everyone has emotions

Tashidge Posted November 14, 2009 Posted November 14, 2009 The song and video are just beautiful. So incredible.I didn't really like the pictures being thrown into it at random moments but I think that was something which went wrong with the editing.Other than that, beautiful.
greendaytone Posted November 14, 2009 Posted November 14, 2009 Just got to see this... brilliant. Probably been covered here already, but does anyone know where this was filmed? Looks like it might be the 02.
E!!i Posted November 14, 2009 Posted November 14, 2009 I don't like this song so much because it's too romantic. I like the more agressiv songs on the album.

Rosie May Posted November 14, 2009 Posted November 14, 2009 I really like that video except for the random photos in the middle. Billie Joe's actaully quite a good singer when he wants to be.
Maddy. Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 Amazing performance, but crying? Really?Come on. I can understand liking a band A LOT, since I do with Green Day, but crying over a live performance is silly. It's called emotion...
Kayfabe Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 I cried when I saw Green Day at Birmingham because it was so emotional to actually be there hearing them play. In no way is it silly, some people like me get touched by the things they love very easily and it shows that you have some connection with what they are playing and what Billie is singing about. It may seem silly to you, but emotion is something that comes naturally and can't be controlled. Everyone has emotions Amen. I'll say this again: I am so jealous of Adie. If a guy wrote that song for me, I would actually die of happiness. It's really cute how Billie loves Adie.
Metanoia Posted November 16, 2009 Posted November 16, 2009 I can't stop crying while watching it....... i lvoe it when the camera gets really close to billies face.......he looks so beautiful in that vid !!!! well he alwas does......
Hermione Posted November 16, 2009 Posted November 16, 2009 This is just beautiful. It also reminds me of when I saw them play it at the O2 which is wonderful , I remember being so pleasantly surprised to hear Mike and Tre start playing because I was expecting it to just be Billie playing it solo. Definitely one of those songs that's even more poignant as a live performance.
saraHsunshine Posted November 16, 2009 Posted November 16, 2009 I really like that video except for the random photos in the middle. Billie Joe's actaully quite a good singer when he wants to be.TRUUUUUE THAT! Haha.
