parinaz Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 I'll try and find one. Why do you want it so bad? cuz I fucking love the song.and guys what; this story about canceling a show? is it confirmed?
Tripe Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 Oh.. please no :/ But in the video of Welcome to Paradise there are fire works in the background... Or was that shown during the whole thing?I didn't watch the videos yet, but that is a good sign that we might see more. Perhaps they will edit for the best and hopefully show something different than the usual.
sallysimpson Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 That is really pretty sad.Probably industry insiders like the PC Richards and Sons bar mitzvah in May. But it sounds like the band kept their energy levels up and put on one hell of a show. If only I could have been there . . . . ah well. It's wonderful to hear about it.
RobyRoom Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 I'll try and find one. Why do you want it so bad? Can you please find the blow job video for me? I want it so bad
parinaz Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 Can you please find the blow job video for me? I want it so bad :wink:rofl
Kate Austen Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 Still coming down from the high of last night. I honestly think it was the 2nd best Green Day show I have ever seen. Insane to think it was just a free 1 hour and 20 min concert. And for those wondering, YES they did hand out New Years Eve hats and glow sticks. They actually spent 15 min before the show, filming shots of us doing a count down and clapping and cheering. Somebody threw a glow stick at Billie Joe when he was on the edge of the catwalk and he looked over and said "what did you throw at me, I will fucking KILL you" - but then he started laughing.
Maddy. Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 Can you please find the blow job video for me? I want it so bad :wink:ROFL. Of course, I'll try. Just had dinner, sorry parinaz I didn't answer earlier. xD

JustSteve Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 Oh and for those who are interested, Joey was off to the side watching during the whole show. He looked pretty bored with a few song exceptions when he was singing along happily. I, and many other people, were irked when people tried to chant Emily's Army at him. We all yelled at them to stfu. Lol. No one likes creepy fantards, guys! XDso they are creepy "fantards" for yelling out the band name, yet you spent a lot of time watching him to see what he was doing during the show? ok.
djrossstar Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 I was livid when this group of girls were yelling TAKE YOUR SHIRT OFF to Billie Joe during soundcheck. First of all, we couldn't see him. Second of all, they were interrupting the RAREST of GD songs.
JustSteve Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 This pisses me off. That may be irrational, but I don't care. It makes me mad that people who don't even know the damn songs got to be there and some of us who would have truly appreciated the experience for what it was had to miss it. such an immature way of thinking, sad...
DecanoLP Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 I didn't read many comments, sorry. But I've got one question:Is it true that the show will be aired on TV very soon?

Tubbie Head Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 us people in the uk need videos in the UK and all over the world
Tripe Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 I didn't read many comments, sorry. But I've got one question:Is it true that the show will be aired on TV very soon? New Year's Eve, the Carson Daly New Year's Eve show. And by no means the whole thing. Probably just a few select songs.

karma1215 Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 They played all of Favorite Son, all of Pulling Teeth, the majority of Sassafras Roots, a verse and chorus of Having a Blast and bits and pieces, (with incorrect lyrics), of Nice Guys Finish Last. The most amazing part about it was Sassafras Roots and Favorite Son have NEVER, EVER, been played before live. History in the making. Not to mention the GD show wasn't even all requests. The band actually chose to play all those songs, and finally decided for once to leave out brainstew, jaded, hitchin a ride, she, basket case, longview, etc.Truly unforgettable. Please let us all know if you find videos. Literally only 1% of the 400 people who got to hear soundcheck knew ANY of the songs, not even St. Jimmy!\Astounding and they calll themselves Green Day fans... unreal.
DecanoLP Posted November 24, 2009 Posted November 24, 2009 New Year's Eve, the Carson Daly New Year's Eve show. And by no means the whole thing. Probably just a few select songs.Alright, thanks very much for your answer
