Depends on what browser you use - I don't think it can be done in IE - but you need to get to a window that shows the file activities and find the .flv file and then convert it to mp3 or whatever you preferIn Safari: Window ----> ActivityFirefox: Tools -----> Page Info (might not show up) For Firefox you can also install "download helper." It shows audio and video files and you can click and download
